Laser Cutting

At Empire Laser & Metal Work, our laser cutting services have the flexibility to accommodate projects of any size, from mass-produced parts to custom, one-of-a-kind items for residential, commercial, or industrial settings. In the fabrication business for more than 80 years, we blend old world craftsmanship with modern technologies to produce laser cut parts that exhibit an elevated level of quality.

Our dual-axis laser cutters in a flying optic configuration allow us to make precise, high speed cuts with superior edge quality. We have the capacity to cut through 3/4 in thickness steel and 1/2 in thickness alloys as well as acrylic, plastic, and wood. Complex shapes, tightly curved radii, small diameter holes, and other intricate details are easily created without the need for expensive tooling, and sophisticated nesting techniques allow us to manage part flow and maximize material usage. We can provide design assistance, 2D and 3D renderings, and full project management including installation and/or delivery.

Whether you have a large industrial or commercial project or are in need of a single replacement part or architectural feature, when you bring your job to Empire, you experience a friendly and responsive small company relationship along with large company capability.
